First, I want to thank everyone for all the hard work, dedication and compassion you bring to our customers, and ultimately the patients, who rely on our services. I know it hasn’t been easy balancing work with the pandemic, but your contributions and relentless work ethics are the reasons we are leaders in advancing medicine. Together, we have unlimited potential to better understand human disease and improve quality of life for patients.

To succeed as an organization, we need to continue to evolve and pursue additional growth opportunities. This is not new to Ambry and Invicro. Both companies are built on a rich history of innovation that has fueled their growth and brand recognition. As we look to the future and where diagnostic testing is going, we can lead once more by bringing together our unique capabilities and data analytical horsepower. The information we gather and create every day is the backbone for precision medicine and why we created REALM IDx, an integrated diagnostics company.

Integrated diagnostics is the ability to combine data from different therapeutic areas and modality types to inform discovery, diagnosis and treatment. REALM is ushering in this new era by bringing together our expertise in genomics, radiology and pathology, and empowering it with artificial intelligence to gain practical insights that will improve pharma decision making and lead to better medical solutions for patient care.

With our capabilities and scale, we have separated ourselves from much of the competition. We are well positioned for growth and to make the health care system work better.
